This edition of McClure’s Memo lists suggestions to prevent the above ailments…..
•Stretch calf muscles (as seen in photo) 3-5 minutes 2x a day.
•Avoid wearing flip flops.
•Wear shoes with a heel strap.
•Wear tennis shoes.
